This custom-built assessment helps you identify your entrepreneurial interest or intent, as well as provide you with an indicator for entrepreneurship suitability.

Personality Traits

Based on the Big-5 personality traits model, this personality assessment determines your 5 dimensions of personality traits across Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism.

Learning Styles

Based on the Jackson model, this assessment helps you identify your best modes for learning across an axis of Sensing-intuitive, Visual - Verbal, Active-Reflective, and Sequential-Fluid.

Areas Of Development

Based on the Personality assessment results, this report is designed to help you develop into a more rounded individual by identifying your potential blind spots, what to avoid, and advice for development.

Emotional Intelligence

Our three EQ assessments measure for perceiving, understanding, and managing emotions. Our formats are gamified with situational judgment-based questions. Only available through a Yenza representative.

Cognitive Ability

Our Cognitive ability assessments measure fluid intelligence commonly known as 'G' or 'General Intelligence'. Our gamified assessments test for memory, abstract reasoning, and problem-solving. Only available through a Yenza representative.

Are these assessments hard to take?

No, that's the beauty of how we approach assessments. All our assessments are fast, they take between 10-15 minutes to complete and are fun to do. They are also multi-lingual, so that you can take them in your preferred language.

Do I need to sit with a professional to understand the reports?

No, Yenza reports are designed for anyone to be able to understand and interpret them. However, it is always better to have a dialogue with someone qualified who can help guide you to reflect and interpret the reports deeper.

Do I get a full report I can print out to show others?

Yes, you get an auto-generated, beautifully laid out print out report which you can share with whomever.

Can I retake the assessments?

Yes, all Yenza members are eligible to retake their assessments once a year - FOR FREE!

If I need more feedback on my reports, what can I do?

You can always ask questions to our online chatbot and someone from our team will respond. You can also send feedback requests to our support.
